webroot doesn't program into pc do i have to go to geek squad again??????????????????? this is getting crazy.

Your reference to Geek Squad leads me to think that your subscription is a Best Buy Subscription Services one. If that is correct, you will have to call them at 1800-GEEK-SQUAD for assistance as they are in control of all subscription/payments for those.
As a former Geek Squad Expert in the Subscription Services I can tell you that if you entered your credit card data today, your card will not be charged until tonight, and the renewal finalized by tomorrow morning. Best Buy does NOT do live billing for these subscriptions, they run a single large batch daily.
If that is the case, while the software shows expired you ARE covered still: there is a 30 day grace period during which the software will show expired but is still protecting you. The renewal should process tonight and the software reflect the renewal tomorrow morning.
