My computer has been attacked and infected by a Trojan virus.
Webroot Secure Anywhere cannot remove it.

There are several things that may have happened. Most likely it was a new varient that was being monitored by Webroot. As soon as it was determined to be a bad process, Webroot would automatically remove it and rollback and changes that it has made. However, I recommend you contact Webroot support so they can check this out just to make sure. Please click HERE and open a new ticket. Let the Webroot folks take care of it for you.
