Why does alert icon (red exclamation point) still appear on the Webroot icon in top bar of my Mac?  I think the program scanned my files several times already.

Hello pajab,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Please  have a look at the Mac User Guide. http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/545/Using-the-SecureAnywhere-interface

Red  One or more critical items require your intervention.

Would you please restart your Mac and see if you still have the same issue? Webroot shouod start a scan on reboot.

Check to see if all that all shields are enabled http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/560/Managing-Shields

Has Webroot scanned your Mac and is it showing any threats?

If you still have problems then submit a Support Ticket and they can check this out for you free of charge with an active subscription.

Hope this helps?
