I run updates and scan my device every day. No threats have been found. None are ignored or quarantined either.
Any way to get it to say protected like my PCs do? Or is there a hidden problem somewhere?

Can you go to Webroot and open Security/Antivirus/ at the bottom left open Shields and make sure all those are checked.
