I believe this may be a miscommunication between Webroot on your computer, and our cloud and would advise uninstalling and then reinstalling Webroot to see if the issue persists.

I might think it is an install problem if it didn't do the same exact thing on my desktop and my laptop. How do I get my score up? My website is hosted by smugmug.com if that makes a difference.
