Coming from Support, I can tell you I saw multiple instances of this when remoting onto customer's machines. The schedule function seems to break on some installations.

Contacted support, was advised to do a complete uninstall and reinstall. This not only repaired the problem, it also repaired that Webroot was not saving my email in the log in dialogue box. Thank you !
