I did a search for the web site for iolo makers of System Mechanic. This site search came up as
www.iolo.com . This site was checked with WebRoot’s green check mark which is suppose to mean that the site is a safe site. I went to this site and on it was a download that would tell you what was the problems with your computer. It is a free download that does not do the correction. To do that you need to buy the full program. Anyway I knew this but wanted to see just what this program would say was wrong with my computer. I tried to download this part of the program. When I tried to download a new window opens from WebRoot Anytime Complete which told me that this web site has been reported as unsafe! This I do not understand because it is like this WebRoot program is acting like a politician that talks out of both side of their mouth.
It just makes me wonder why this happens because it makes a person wonder just how reliable the program is. Just to let you know I like this program and have used WebRoot for protection for well over ten years.
I would like to know if anybody has a good reliable reason for this to happen? You would think that if the second opinion, that the site is unsafe, that WebRoot would not allow the Green Check Mark to be placed on this web site if the second warning is true.
WebRoot has been a good program for me so for your information I trusted the program and did not download from the site! I am still wondering if I could have downloaded from this site without a problem!
Does anyone have an answer that can explain this?

Why does webroot flag web site as safe. When you try to down from that site it is flaged as unsafe?
No that download was not a part of that site.
that was only an advertisement which redirects you on an another website when you clicked on that Ad.
and that ad redirect you through an popup window which is reported unsafe by webroot.
these types of advertisements are tracks your search & shows you ads related with your history.
example: if you was searched "How to repair BSOD", then you will see advertisements likes "Download Bsod repair tool" etc.
end these ads are fake & harmfull, when you click them they can't give such type results or downloads which are shown in ads.
i'm also giving you a direct link for system mech prof. download using this link- ~snip Remove link as it was broken and please don't post direct download links just post to the web page. Thanks TH snip~
Use Adblock plus addon or avoid these types of ads.
