Why does Webroot not protect me from KOOBFACE worm. Twice I have been infected with this worm and has cost me money to get rid of it...

Also you shouldn't have to pay to get rid of this. Webroot provides free support with an active Webroot subscription. So to have peace of mind please Submit a Support Ticket.
