why has my System restore suddenly quit working? Has Webroot interfered with it
I noticed my Windows Defender was off and I could not urn it on. All efforts failed, then I found it was replaced bu Action Center. But during this checking I tried a System Restore and it failed. I tried several posted fixes to no avail
