Just renewed and I have 2 machines using WR but WR account shows 3 machines (laptop, desktop, same desktop as centrally managed.

Have you perchance recently uninstalled/reinstalled WSA on that system? If so then that is the most likely cause. This is know to happen in these circumstances.

 

What you need to do is to identify which of the two is the current entry; best to check which has the most recent scan date, and then follow the instruction in this KB Article to deactivate the duplicate.
