There seems to be a question? It also says it needs to be uninstalled before upgrading. Does this mean each update will eat
up our allotments?

Perhaps something in these two previous threads (here and here) will provide you with the answer to your questions. But if not then pleae post back with any specific questions as there are a number of Community members who have been trialling WSA under Win 10 (Preview & Technical releases only as the official release date is not until July 29th this year).
