Does webroot support windows 10 mobile - specifically the password manager? I find it frustrating that I can use password manager on my window 10 tablet (and I do all the time) then turn to my phone nad have to resort to my little black book to enter in passwords. There must be a better way, and if not, I guess I'll need to explore other options. : (
Hi slhice

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I understand you confusion and frustration but let me try to explain. You phone runs Windows 10 which is optimised for phone hardware, whilst you tablet runs Windows 10 for use on desktops, laptops, etc., and despite the 'Windows 10' designation they are in fact different beast...they need to be as the hardware in your phone and in your tablet are different.

As it happens whilst you can run WSA under Windows 10 for desktop, laptop & tablet there is no WSA version for Windows Phone (and there has never been). The reason for this is due to the way that Microsoft lock down the kernel (or core of the software) so that it is highly unlikely that malware will be able to excute on it, and as a result there is no need for antimalware software for the Windows Phone platform. Hence, at this time, Webroot have not produced one.

As to whether this will change in the future is a moot point, and most probably dependant on whether any of the malware writers ever manage to figure out how to infect a Windows Phone.

Now, whether Webroot see a market for a version of the Password Manager for Windows Phone 10, distributed via the Marketplace...well, that is another moot point and one that I would urge you to air by starting a Feature Request (see link at the top of any Community web page). By doing that you would bring the idea to the attention of the Development Team (who reveiw FRs frequently) and would allo other users to comment and support the idea by kudoing it.

Just a thought! ;)

Well, hope that helps clarify this for you?

Regards, Baldrick
