Hello, everyone. I just love Webroot SecureAnywhere but I had to uninstall it from my desktop because some cryptominers doesn't work properly, even when whitelisted. But that is not my problem.
Since I uninstalled the program, my Windows lock screen never goes to a blank screen. I don't know why. I checked my energy saving configuration and everything is ok. Nothing changed.
Any ideas?

Doesn't sound like it would be Webroot related, although if it is, our support team would be the best for resolving it. I highly recommend giving them a call at 1-866-612-4227 so we can investigate further and get you taken care of.
Sorry the delay. I fixed the problem although I can't find the cause. Something changed some hard to find energy settings . Thanks for your time. Best regards.
