The Geek squad loaded webroot on my system and I have had no problems until I tried to download the webroot password. It is a continual process almost like it freezes. Any suggestions for me?

Hi jd9124
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am not quite sure what you mean by "...tried to download the webroot password". As far as I am aware there is nothing to download in rel;ation to the WSA Password Manager...installing WSA install the toolbar extension in each of the support browsers you have on your system, and then you activate it and use it with it autofilling the credentials to access stored sites...that is all.
Could you advise as to exactly what the 'download' you are referring to is doing, where you have actioned it from, etc.
Regards, Baldrick
