When connected can’t open browsers (Chrome & Microsoft)
We have seen this when the identity shield feature is enabled. Have you tried disabling the feature, refreshing the Webroot configuration then trying your browser again?
Workaround options:
- Allow chrome.exe under ID Protection on endpoint GUI
- Allow MD5 under ID shield in web console
- Turn off ID shield via the policy
