wifi  securiyy won’t connect on my hp pc.   Works fine on my iphone. Opened a support ticket, followed the links they gave me and no luck.

cant connect too many session

I'm a newby to this forum. I purchased the web root WiFi security yesterday. everything was up and running. Today i turned on my laptop, try to connect the WiFi security. cant connect, too many sessions. My tablet and phone WiFi security is off. I don't understand why it keeps saying it cant connect, too many open session. Can anyone help. much appreciated

WiFi Security Stops WiFi Printing

I have always been able to print to my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus via WiFi from my desktop (Dell XPS 8700 Intel i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz 16.0 GB RAM, Windows 10 version 1903 64-bit op system), laptop (HP Pavilion Intel i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 12.0 GB RAM, Windows 10 version 1809 64-bit op system, and smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S8+). However, when I turned on Webroot WiFi Security on all 3, none of them would print. When I disconnected them, they all printed. I do have my Trusted WifI Network selected for all 3. Turning off the Kill Switch had no effect. In order to print, I must disconnect Webroot WiFi Security. I have two netfilter.access.logs and one service.log available to email to you if you need them.

Wifi Connection failed

Up until this morning, the WiFi/VPN connected with no problem. This morning I got a 'Connection Failure' message. This is happening on my HP laptop, Windows 10. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks for your help!

Edge browser delay when WiFi Security connected

WIN 10 Home, Webroot SecureAnywhere, Webroot WiFi Security (IKEv2 selected), Malwarebytes. When I first connect to WiFi Security, access via Edge is delayed and has been since I installed a year ago. Access via IE11, GC, and FF is immediate. Coincidently, cursor over the network tray icon shows only the router connection while Edge is inop but shows both WiFi Security connection and router connection when Edge finally can connect. I am not a Edge default user, but some sites are not stable in IE11 anymore so I have to cut/paste into FF if Edge is still waiting for access under WiFi Security. Any thoughts on why this is occurring?

Webroot Wi-fi Security not compatible with Windows 8?

I noticed on the download site that Webroot Wifi Security is listed as not compatible with Windows 8. I didn't notice this exclusion when I first downloaded the software. Is this correct? Could this be why I can no longer access my software either on my phone or PC? Support told me to ignore that information. There is no compatibility issue.

If I boot up and login in to any browser, open up a website, and then I login to the VPN, will the previously opened browser website be protected, or only if the VPN is opened up first?

Logging in to my WIFI Security Account... How do I remove a device so I can add another?

I already have Webroot Internet Secure Anywhere with 5 licenses. I purchased WiFi Security about a month and half ago and verified my account. I cant seem to find a way to add and remove devices for my WiFi Security subscription (for 3 devices). Where do I do that? How do I do that? The internet security WIFI Console doesn't give me a screen where I can do that.

VPN, Country of Origin, Vivaldi, is the VPN service active on PC?

--How do I tell if Webroot VPN service is working on my PC? On my cell phone, I can see a small key icon in the upper right corner. There is no icon on any of my browser bars (Vivaldi, Chrome, IE, Firefox, Opera) to indicate that VPN is active. --How can I change my country of origin? --Does the service work with the Vivaldi browser? How can I tell? PS. I prefer Vivaldi as a browser. Great for people doing research. --Is my smart TV a weak point in my security network? e.g., when I am streaming through a ROKU set box. Thank you for your response.

Verification for VPN service. No email(s) found can't access support

So I have frustratingly been looking all through my emails, attempting to find a stupid verification email so I can use the vpn that I am paying for. Nothing. If it was more than 30 days ago and was sent to spam I can't recover it. There's nothing I can find in my account home page and when I try and contact support its just an infinite loop of enter password without being able to contact support. What kind of joke is this?

Renewed Webroot Security and bought a New Webroot WIFI

I renewed Webroot Security and bought a New Webroot WIFI. Do I need separate logins? Or is WIFI supposed to blend into my Security Program? I deleted the email that says "register You Account".

Can't login to WiFi Security

I have created a WiFi security with the username and password that is exactly the same as my current console account. I can login to console and see SecureWiFiConsole created. However, my credentials is not working in the WiFi Security app on Mac - keeps telling me that password must be 9 characters and include 3 numbers - which my password matches and works on the console.

WiFi Security installation unexpectedly quit

Hi, Just renewed my Webroot subscription for Mac and added WiFi Security. Followed download instructions and after opening WiFi Security in the applications folder. Got through the first two steps and then installation quit. Downloaded it again and tried a second time. Same result. Please advise. Thanks, Chris

Unable to install Webroot WiFi Security

I cannot install the latest Webroot WiFi Security App on my Windows 10 laptop. When I download the .exe from here... [url=https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wifi-installer-download]https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wifi-installer-download[/url] it will not install. An error message pops up along with a chime but the message appears so quick that I'm unable to read it. I have tried running it with Administrator privileges, as well, but still no joy. :( The funny thing is, I can install an older version of the app (1.0.3.7) which still works, but it keeps telling me to download the updated version. Whether I download the update from within the app or from the link above, it will not install. Would it be possible for another member to try downloading the WiFi app for Windows from the above source and tell me if you're able to install it. If you can, then it's something on my end. If you can't then it's something on Webroot's end. Thanks in advance,

Webroot Wifi Security, "Connection Failure"

Hello everyone, i hope that someone will be able to help me out. So i just renewed the subscription with Webroot SecureAnywhere but this time i also purchased Webroot Wifi Security. And everything works perfect on my Desktop. But on my laptop the Wifi Security does not seem to work. I keep getting "Connection Failure".. It tells me to contact support, and i have done that but it seems to take forever for them to answer me. So i thought that i would try my luck here. I've tried to have the "Automatic location" on and i've tried different countrys by manual selecting them, and i've tried to change every almost ever combination of setups in the settings menu. And tried to add it to my firewall etc..

WIFI Security vs. DNS Protection

These two products have some degree of overlap. Do you see people using both? Or do you see some sort of integration of the two products? I'm a fan of dnscrypt myself, although it's tough to get working.
