Need invitation code sent to my iPhone - HOW?

How do I send an invitation code to my iPhone? WebRoot SecureAnywhere (mobile protection) is asking for one.  Any help would be appreciated!

My initial scan with webroot has run for 144 hours and seems to be hanging??

How long should it take for a mobile device to show up in the portal?

I have a 5 user webroot Internet Security Complete.  I have installed on my W10 devices.  Installed also on iOS and Android phones.  Both installed per instruction on Website, and no issues with installation or login.   Devices do not show in the webroot secureanywhere portal under Mobile Devices.   Appreciate any insight.   James

My wife installed WebRoot Browser on her IPAD.  Does this work with Safari or just with GOOGLE?  Thank You.

Hi, I am having problems accessing my account on my iPhone 6plus after following instructions provided for iTunes and iPhone.  I am using my login/password for my main account but caannot get in, states login failed on my phone.  What could be going wrong?

Hi, I am attempting to get my iOS pictures and video's to sync with the cloud storage.

I have loaded the 'Backup&Sync app.   I have manually uploaded (backed up) many pictures and manually downloaded them to my pc, but...   I have not been able to uploade (back up) videos, they don't show up in the list, and so... I would like to SYNC photo's & videos from this device, automatically like my desktop computer does, but I cannot figure out how.   Can someone help?  Illuminate what I'm doing wrong?  Is it a technical issue (something Im not doing) or am I just confused?   I am on iOS 9.3.5 and will not be going any further as I've been obsolessed with 10.   --Karl.

the app says login fail? I made account online, how do I fix it?

I downloaded the app on my iPad after creating the account online like instructed. Every time I try to log in on the app it says "Login Failed". I can log in online to the webroot site just fine, it is only the app that gives me trouble and its preventing me from adding my iPad to the mobile protection thing on the site. I already tried deleting and reinstalling the app. How can I fix this?

I cannot sync or back

How do I get my iPhone to show up as a protected device on my webroot secure anywhere home page?

Is there a virus software that scans the whole phone? Or just the webroot that you can use as a browser? I also cannot get my webroot homepage to show that my phone is a protected device because it won't let me log in on my phone.  Thanks for the help!

WSA- Need help iOS mobile app

I'm a bit confused. Nothing new for me but usually I eventually figure things out on my own. I bought WSAIS followed set up and then downloaded IOS app for mobile. I don't see my added mobile device when I sign in. Also, How is this mobile app block and remove viruses on my mobile device as the packaging for the cd describes? The app doesn't have a scan button so am I to assume that my device is safe even though I downloaded what appeared to be a free app to a mobile device that doesn't appear in my account when I log in, what am I not getting?
