How can we make SAT emails look more legitimate?

When we send out emails to our staff from Webroot, the emails may contain a link to a training course. Is there any way to make those ugly long links to awareness training courses, less ugly and long? All the best practices tell users to hover over a link before clicking it to see where the link goes. All of our SAT course materials have long hyperlinks that could easily be mistaken for a phishing attempt. I am not sure what the best solution is on your end. For now we just have to tell our staff to ignore all those safety training courses that tell you not to click weird looking links, and trust that this one link is actually a good link. I hate this approach, as it undercuts everything we have been trying to teach these people!

I would like to include Webroot Logo in SAT emails

As I begin setting up my email templates for security awareness training, I would like to include both the webroots logo and our company logo. Is there a good place to pull webroots logos from to put in these emails? Do I have to host the images myself, or can I just link to the place that webroot hosts their image? I would like to use a webroot logo that also has “Security Awareness Training” in the image.What approach do you all take to make your invite emails from Webroots look less like the types of emails we are asking our employees to ignore?

How to Add a Logo to Email

I am setting up some email templates for security awareness training and would like to add our company logo. How can I upload an image from my PC to use in these emails? I do not want to link to our website. We are not allowed to use imgur or other image hosting sites. Is a hosted image the only way to include one in the email?

SAT Report - Global Console Campaign with multiple sites targeted

Hi, If I create a SAT Campaign in the Global Console and add multiple sites, can I still get a report of the Campaign results for an individual site?For example Will the Campaign report show the results for all the sites added to the Campaign? as I am looking to get the Campaign results per site so that one customer does not see the results for another customer.Thanks

Issues connecting to Azure AD - Provisioning error

I am managing a SAT program for one of my customers and I was notified that the new users were not being included. Webroot SAT is reporting that it is “Sync Enabled” but new users were not showing up. I figured out the issue was with the way AAD had been connected to the Webroot Azure App, and the creator had just selected users. So I created a security group, added all the users, and assigned the group to the app, to make future management a lot easier. Then I checked in Webroot and the new users have not shown up yet.I went back to Azure and tried to provision the users, but I received an error :While attempting to validate our authorization to access your application, we received this unexpected response: Received response from Web resource. The Reminder Option is not working correctly!

Dear Webroot Community Team,I hope this topic finds you well.1. I created two simulation campaigns for customers and chosen the following Reminders options:        * Selected 1 day to randomize the delivery of phishing emails.        * Selected time frame in which phishing emails will be randomly delivered.2. Another training campaign has been created for a customer with the Reminders option selected to apply to those users who had not passed or completed the required training module.All these campaign was launched after the success test. However, the reminder option of these campaigns worked correctly one day only. This means either Phishing Email or Invitation Email were delivered only one time. Then, these campaigns stopped delivering them all instead of continuing the delivery as planed.For the attached screenshots of details, please see the ticket #398411 was raised for a while.Could you please help me to clarify this issue soon and let me know what steps I should take to solve it

Safelinks stopping from going to landing page after click (Security Awareness Training)

After the phishing email is delivered, when a user clicks on a click in the email, MS Defender stops the link from going to WebRoot landing page. The page is blocked stating: This website has been classified as malicious.Opening this website might not be safe.https://na01.safelinks.protection... you don't open this website, as opening it might not be safe and could harm your computer or result in malicious use of your personal data. Where is the setting to bypass/override this?

Creating target tags

I may be missing something when creating target tags in Security Awareness Traiining. What I thought would happen is I could create a list of tags and apply them to targets (users) when needed.What I found was a bit clunky. I had to select an existing user, add a tag, and then apply the tag to that user. If I removed the tag from the user, the tag was no longer in the list of tags. For example, I tagged one user as newemp and another as csuite. Both tagswere in the tag list. When I removed the csuite tag from the user, it was no longer in the list.

LIst of fake-domains?

One of the tools I provide for a number of my clients, is an anti-spam service, which blocks pretty much all of the Security Awareness emails out of hand. If I’m trying to help them learn how to avoid phishing emails, though, I’d really want them to be able to receive those emails, instead of them just going to the junk bin.When I tested out a different company’s version of this, the way we got around it was to load up a list of the domains used by the testing system, and whitelist them all, to make sure that the users actually got the messages. Is there a way to get such a list for this? Because otherwise, this isn’t going to be particularly valuable to my clients.

SAT Training Email Remiders

I haven't auto setup the reminder email while creating the training campaign whereas I found this ‘Send Reminder Now’ button under the launched Training campaign.Is there a way to find to whom the Reminder emails are sent when you click the ‘Send Reminder Now’ in the Reports.I would like to extract the list of targets who haven’t completed the training and the reminder emails need to be sent to them.

The Reminder Option was not terminated in Closed Webroot Training Session!

Dear Webroot Community Team,I hope this topic finds you well. I created a training campaign for a customer and selected the Reminders option to apply to those users who had not completed the required training module. Then, this campaign was launched.However, I had to cancel this campaign in order to update new information for customer. Although the campaign was cancelled (the link made inactive), its reminder option was not terminated.Hence, the incomplete targets will most likely experience an annoyance as the invitation email still being sent out. It was really painful experience. Could you please help me to clarify this issue and let me know what steps I should take to this issue?I would very much appreciate your support. Best wishes

SAT prevent skipping of content

On the SAT video trainings (For eg: Understanding Phishing), users are able to skip content and end the video and take the test. Is it possible to prevent users from skipping the test?

Reporting Templates are needed

I have mentioned this to our sales reps several times to pass on but after almost 2 years of using this product it still isn’t a thing so I’ll post here. My contract is up in August and if I see no plans for improvement then I’ll be moving to Knowbe4.  -------Feedback------- When we run a campaign for a client we do it monthly. We’ll make our own phishing templates or use the built in ones. When the campaign is over I am required to provide a report to my client on the breakdown of what users did what. What I currently have to do is download the simulation stats PDF from the dashboard which provides the most basic readout of what occurred. I image clip the graph image and save it and place it in my own report. I then have to download the stats in .csv form which gives me the user breakdown. The .csv sheet is all the data I need for the customer but I am not going to send a client who is paying for this a .csv that is unreadable to a regular user. So I take what Webroot can give us

Custom phishing emails - legal aspects regarding logo use

Afternoon all, just wondering if anyone in Australia or New Zealand has encountered issues around logo use etc when creating phishing emails.  It seems that fair use etc may allow some use (according to a few US articles), but we don’t want to inadvertently damage anyone’s reputation if an email makes it to social media etc.  All links going to an obvious education page etc should make things OK within target clients, but I am still concerned about any potential blow-back on us, our clients and the companies if we use a logo etc. without prior approval.  I know the bad people don’t care as I’ve just seen a bank phishing attempt that was very well put together and a fake invoice email trail complete with payment request, but actively approaching a company and explaining what we are doing and asking for permission to use their intellectual property is (in my mind) impractical, especially when considering a multi-national with probably more important things on their mind. Recommended Config for G Suite

Is there a recommended config for setting up a G Suite domain for Security Awareness Training campaigns?  As it is now, I have whitelisted the IP address found in the documentation, but this doesn’t prevent G Suite from marking the simulation email with a big RED BANNER warning the user.  Would be nice not to have that happen for more effective training.

noob question about custom phishing email templates

Hi all, I’ve gone through and created phishing campaigns, custom email templates and so forth with no issues against our internal site (targeting the others in the office). I have made global custom templates and set them to published, but when I try and use them against an actual customer (external) site, they do not appear in either site, system or global for selection. To be clear, they are not visible in the console when I select Settings > Email or if i go through the New Campaign process. I would have thought creating a template with global settings would allow me to pick up that template for use with any site. Am I incorrect in thinking this? Do I need to create custom templates for each client site? Is it possible that because we have our internal site set up as a separate entity from our clients (in Global Site Manager Consoles) that this is the cause? Any advice would be much appreciated. Hello-  We have a client based in Mexico and  not all employees are English speakers.  Is the training curriculum available in Spanish?  I know that the rest of Webroot can be localized, but I didn’t see anything specific to the training.  Thank you.

SAT Training Campaigns - Email Reminders

Is there a way to modify/edit an already created Training Campaign? What i'm after is removing users who already have taken the training on another campaign. Is this possible? Thank you, When setting the Auto-reminder to take training, users are still receiving reminders to complete their training even after completing the training. Is there a way to stop that from occurring? ^ Figured out.

Difficult to determined who has taken training campaigns

It is really hard to tell in the interface which targets have taken the training courses and the only way I've found to identify them is to download a spreadsheet and then sort through all the information. The training report cards are inaccurate and the graphs give little information. Are there any plans to improve SAT reporting and dashboard information? Both could be significantly improved

Breach report hard to find and why can't we print it?

Breach report is nice feature but I often can't find it, why is it only under sites SAT tab but not in SAT console? Why can't it be printed or exported to PDF to share with affected users??
