SAT Training Invite Logo

Hi, Has anyone had any success in adding their own logo to the SAT Training Invite emails please? Is there a maximum size for the logo?

Thanks

Hi @iproap are you running into any problems with implementing images in your invites? Many customers use https://imgur.com/ to host images for this purpose. Let us know if we can help with anything - hope this helps!

Hi ggreenbaum, Thank you for the suggestion of using https://imgur.com/ where this is our company logo I would prefer to host the image internally if possible. Are you aware of a maximum size for the logo please?

Hi, for an email logo you shouldn’t run into file size issues especially if you’re hosting it internally. Regardless, it’s a best practice to keep the visual and file size small for this use case.

It looks like the size of the working generic Company logo is 225 x 68 pixels if this is helpful to anyone.

Oddly if I use an image of the correct size hosted internally or any image from https://imgur.com/
I get the following error: Image cannot be loaded from the passed link.

Is this an issue with the platform perhaps? Does anyone else get “Image cannot be loaded from the passed link” when trying to add an image to a SAT Training template?

Thanks

Hi @iproap - It sounds like you’re customizing one of the built-in invites which contain a specific image. Please also note you can fully customize your email template to use any image of any size.

Regarding imgur, I just tested this and it seems to work. Be sure you’re using a url that references the image - this should be a path that ends with a file suffix, such as ‘jpeg’ or ‘png’.

Hope this helps.

Hi @ggreenbaum, Thank you, I’m using url references that include the path suffix that ends with .png however I am still seeing the error. Is there a chance it is isolated to a certain area of the platform?

Thanks

It looks like this might be related to security on our web server as using an image uploaded to a public website after further testing now works.

Thank you all for your help.

We had a hard time with getting our logo not to look grainy on our initial training push. I think we’ve got it figured out now, but the first training emails we sent got lots of complaints about it looking just like a phish test. lol
