I'm seeking advice on resolving a potential false positive issue with Webroot.
Our platform, EvueMe Selection Robot, is an AI-powered recruitment solution trusted by multiple leading enterprises. Recently, our URLs (*.evueme.com, including specific subdomains like demo.evueme.com) were flagged as "malicious" by Webroot. We are confident that our platform adheres to high security standards and believe this may be an error.
Could anyone from the Webroot team provide guidance on how to initiate a re-evaluation? Additionally, if any community members have experienced a similar situation and successfully resolved it, I would appreciate your insights on the process.
