Hi Webroot UsersI have a 3 Device Licence.When I log into my Webroot Account and look at Security Summary I see a list of 27 Devices.I actually went through the Process of Uninstalling Webroot from the 3 Devices, then removed each device from the list.I logged out and logged back into my Webroot Account and Security Summary showed Zero Devices in the list.I then reinstalled Webroot on the 3 Devices and Security Summary is listing 27 Devices again.Any ideas please on why this is happening?Kind regards,SXR6

Hello, my website https://zarno.app is being flagged as malicious by Webroot, while every other security vendor on VirusTotal marks it as clean. It’s a legitimate web application for delivery drivers. The domain is newly registered, which I believe is why it’s being flagged by default. Could you please review and reclassify it as safe?

I have rather a lot of questions for Webroot support. That said, the main way to ask is to do so through their console. When I sign in, I continuously get an error message to contact support...which is why I am trying to sign in here to do...so it is a rather cruel cycle. Any insight?

I uninstalled the offending apps and all is well now.  I just ran Webroot and from the PC Security screen it says it is infected. The offending malicious files are Hidemouse.exe and Password.exe How do I clean it?

I keep having the search engine “soccer” automatically install as my default browser.  I have reset my default browser many times to a different search engine, but it keeps coming back.  I have deleted it completely from the list of my browsers but it keeps coming back.  I scanned my computer for viruses etc and nothing was found.  I also got in contact with Webroot support and they scanned my computer but found nothing too.  Please help.  I am on Windows 11 and I usually use Google as my search engine.  This has been VERY annoying.

Is anyoine experiencing Webroot WiFi Security saying Connection Failure on Oct 26

I am really tired of Google trying to control my life and be the censor czars.  As a result, I downloaded the Brave browser.  Do all the Webroot products support the Brave browser especially Web Shield?

It has recently come to my attention that our domain has been marked as having a Malware/Antivirus check marked against it and I'd like to get this false positive entry removed from your database as we are a legitimate company operating under Australian Consumer Law.We provide private bloody testing services for Australians backed by NATA Accredited labs in Australia. I am repeatedly receiving a notification pop-up from Webroot prompting me to allow or block a certain process. However, nothing is actually listed in the box, even when I click the “show event details” button. What should I do?

i tried to login to my Webroot Wifi Security, but it keep saying Wifi Security Can't Connect, i've tried to reinstalling the app, but it doesn't work

As the title says. As of updating my webroot subscription and keycode from Bestbuy, I can no longer right click a file and click “Scan with Webroot” option. I can still scan normally using webroot, but that option is gone. I tried going to bestbuy geeksquad online for direct support, but they swear this feature was never there, when I know it was there. Any advice.

We have a few old devices on my account. How do I delete then if the device has been trashed? 

For some reason for the past day whenever my brother tried to play roblox on my laptop it didn’t work. I know webroot is blocking roblox because when I open task manager and try to open roblox, its ram usage goes up for a second or two then goes back down to normal. It only works when I turn off all the protection settings, but I don’t want to do that. Is there any way to get it to work? This happened once in the past but it went away on its own without me doing anything for some reason. This time it hasn’t gone away even after I restarted my laptop. How can I also prevent this from happening again in the future?

The edge webroot extension is showing caution icons for all sites.  This just happened some time today, definitely doesn’t reflect actually threat levels so not sure what to do.  Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing changed.

After years of relatively trouble-free use, Webroot’s Web Threat Shield is showing a “warning” (orange circle with exclamation mark) on all web sites. Using latest version of Firefox for Win7 (ver 115.20.0). Is this a known problem? Also, in the past users could create a “trouble ticket” with Webroot, but that support seems to be gone.  What happened?

There is a lot of historic data in both and I would like to clear it if possible. I would also like all the information to be in one place? It’s all a bit confusing. A long time ago I had one log in and a console I could add customers keys etc and create groups for collections of keys. I think this was probably 2. but I can’t see any way to add or delete old info?Can anyone clear this lot up and put me on the right path?Thanks!
