Been around for a while

As the subject line suggests - I've used Webroot for quite some time but Windows 10 release 1709 caused some Access Denied issues for me, hence why I have joined the Community.  I am a Unix engineer by training and now a Project Manager, but a seasoned IT person who expects issues to occur.  It's great to be onboard.  NB: I started using Webroot when Norton 360 was chewing my PC's CPU and disk capacity a number of years ago.
