I have a five device license for Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus. In the My Devices list at https://myaccount.carbonite.com/security, I don’t own two of the devices shown anymore. How do I remove those devices from the list so I can install Webroot on additional devices?

On the “Old Console”, Yes you can.
On the “New Console”, No you cannot. You have to go through Support.

Only on the current one at https://identity.webrootanywhere.com/v1/Account/login and it just put’s them on a list. Go to the PC or Mac and click on it>
And my list over the years and yes I can ask Support to remove all of the Deactivated ones but it doesn’t matter.
With the New online console I don’t know because I don’t have any new keycodes to check it out.
