received a lengthy e-mail almost identical to one years ago but saying he had installed Pegasus on my  phone (not an iPhone), phonecam, and PC, but threatened release of perverted videos of me unless $$$ sent.  (yeah, right).

 

claims to be undetectable, but is there a way to find out if it in my system and/or remove it?

It sound like a scareware email I got 1 or 2 of them and I just delete them.

 

With phones it’s best to contact Webroot Support Directly!

 

Webroot Support:

Submit a ticket The best way

Call 1-866-612-4227 during the week Mon - Fri 7 AM to 5:30 PM (MDT)

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue.
