My “Last scan duration” time shows 41 seconds no threats detected seems too short of time. Then I re-scanned my PC and so far its 46% complete and the time was 7m and xx sec. this is more believeable. Than the 41 sec.

Hello @gmajic

My default deep scans are always under a minute on my powerful systems but some I have seen 2 to 4 minutes so I wouldn’t worry about scan times.

HTH,

TY! It just doesn’t seem possible for WR to scan that fast. This is a

Win 7 PC. My Win 10 PC takes much longer than 41 sec. I’ll accept your answer.

I have a powerful i7 CPU and use SSD’s instead of Hard Drives so yes some scans can be fast and others could take a few minutes.

See this old video!

This win 7 PC isn’t new and still has the old hard drive about 160GBs, it may have a Pentium Processor. Its an old DELL 380; but still runs faster than a new Lenova Think Pad.

It all depends how much Data you have on the system as well. There is no other info I have to share sorry I was looking everywhere… The biggest feature WSA has is it’s Realtime Shield as that will find any Malware on the system before a scan would.
