I went here:

https://answers.webroot.com/Webroot/ukp.aspx?pid=17&app=vw&vw=1&solutionid=1219&t=You-get-a-message-that-your-PC-is-centrally-managed-and-your-settings-may-be-overwritten#:~:text=%22Note%3A%20Although%20your%20settings%20will,in%20the%20SecureAnywhere%20Management%20Website.

Then here: https://identity.webrootanywhere.com/v1/Account/login

Then I went to forgot my password bc the one i use for the community apparently isn’t the same for that link. I gave my email address and it said if they have it on file, they will send me a link to change my pw. I didn’t get the link. I checked my spam and waited for about 2hr and did it again. But nothing.

Is this community in charge or is Webroot in charge?

What am I doing that is incorrect?

Well it depends if you have the Older account or the Newer account and it’s all by Webroot and the Community is part of it. If you have Online Console issues you will have to put in another Ticket with support there the only ones that have access to everything Webroot on the back-end except the Webroot Community.
