1: Do you have your Online Console Setup?

2: Do you have PC's on the Console you no longer want on there? If so see 2a

3: WSA is always up to date and for PC the latest version is v9.0.24.49 https://community.webroot.com/home-product-releases-27/product-update-pc-agent-version-9-0-24-49-337124

My online account says my wifes computer is expired. I need to update that with a new code I purchased. I also want to add a new laptop. How do I make sure a computer is no longer on my protected list. I erasted it from my protected computers list.
