Add site seats

Hi all,
When I create a new site in my console I choose how many seats it should have but how do I add more seats to an existing site?

Well hello there @ and welcome to our Community!

You can upgrade a keycode by going to the "Manage Keycodes" screen from the drop-down selection after clicking your username.

My drop down menu doesnt contain the same options as I see in your link though.

I've sent this to your Account Manager directly. Please let me know if you do not hear from them by tomorrow.
From the sites page, choose manage site on the o e you want to add seats. On the summary page choose the details tab, you should be able to edit the number of seats and the save your changes.
From your console, click on the "Manage" button to the far right of the site you want to change.
From here, click the Endpoint Protection tab below the site name. Here you can update the Site Seats. Save changes. Done.
