Say I have 3 offices
1) Oslo
2) Zimbabwe
3) Dubai
I have one IT person in dubai who manages about 200 end points.
Is there any way to give this Dubai IT Person access only to the Dubai group? Seems weird that admin has either access to EVERYTHING or nothing?

You currently only have the Standard Endpoint Console which doesn't allow what you're looking for, but our Global Site Manager (GSM) does.
