From reading other questions, I see that I'm not the only one who has had this problem. But I don't understand the suggested solutions. How can I "stay online during uninstall and reinstall" if the problem is that I can't GET online? Help!
And Webroot, I notice that this problem has been going on for years. Isn't there some way to tell your software not to flag this item?
