Hi there, we use barcode scanners to enter QC inspections. With webroot installed, the barcode scanners return random characters / strings. We do not have this issue on devices without Webroot installed. We can not continue to use Webroot with this issue. Any workaround?

If you have a subscription to Webroot, I would raise a Support Ticket with your local Webroot Office.

Have you tried  changing the Heuristics settings to a lower setting?
