without webroot enabled on windows 7 internet browsing works 100%.

 

with webroot enabled we can access pages and sites we type the correct web address for but we cannot perform searches for the same or any other pages.  google shows "err empty response" and IE shoes "page cannot be displayed".

 

i have looked at filter catagories and as far as i can see there is nothing blocked that should prevent us from reaching the sites we need.

 

any ideas?
Hi @! It sounds like there may be another filtering extension in IE that either wasn't properly removed or is trying to be run in parallel with the Webroot extension. It might be best to open a ticket with our support team so they can quickly identify and resolve for you.
