Microsoft Capilot added Notebook feature, how to get?

Hi, Recently I got an update that Microsoft Capilot added a Notebook feature. Has anyone used this feature and if then please tell me how to activate this? I am running Windows 11 and I am very eager to get this feature. Please suggest.

I’m not sure and this Community deals with Webroot products it’s not a general Windows help forum please do a search on Google to find a Windows help forum as there are many like Bleeping Computer, Wilders Security Forums and such.
