MINISRCLINK.COOL virus; How to remove? Webroot doesn't detect

About 2 weeks ago my malwarebytes trial program started alerting me it was blocking minisrclink.cool, but didn't offer to quarantine or remove. My Webrooot scan doesn't show anything.
Any ideas?
I have Webroot Secure anywhere plus
