ransonware email
+1Receivedan email threatening to send a compromising video of me to all my contacts unless I send a ransom of $500 in bitcoin to the senders account. What are my options and recommendations?

If it's just an email it's probably a scare or scam email but if you want a security check then Submit a Support Ticket and they can check your system out.
