Reactivation of protection is very unclear.

I am told I am not protected. Considering I paid for an other year, I dont understand what is going on.

Hi @Smikes 

 

This might be a keycode issue. When you open the interface and click on the cogwheel at the bottom right next to “my account” what does it say? If it says the status is active and gives days in the subscription then you are all good. If it says expired then you would need to activate the new keycode that you just bought.
