I would suggest contacting Webroot Support on this problem. When sending in a Support Ticket a copy of Webroot’s Log automatically gets sent also. For faster service I would call them by phone.

To me that sounds like a possible bunk install or update between versions. An uninstall/re-install while removing the WRData and WRCore folders from ProgramData after removal, then a re-install, might fix it.
But definitely contacting support, they’ll be able to assist.
