I have 5 different sites all with the same issue.
Hyper-V 2008R2 Guest
RDP users start to get a black screen and then get disconnected.(slowly over 15 minutes not all at once)
all new RDP connections are rejected as if the server is offline.
Local Console goes black/unresponsive - Forced to hard reboot server to gain access again.

What version of Webroot is installed?
If it's version 9.0.17.28 you should submit a ticket with Webroot, they'll get you on the newer version that doesn't have that issue. Or get it fully up to date with Windows patches.
