I was directed to put a follow up on wsalogs.exe. I tried locating that to follow up on last night’s concern but couldn’t get on but was directed to a security product called REASON and they did a complete scan and told me I am ok in all areas except Privacy. Please help me understand all this.

The follow up was to be back to Webroot Support after using wsalogs.exe: Webroot Customer Service so it looks like you might have a re-directional issue within your Browsers. Can you tell us what Browsers are you using and you will probably have to reset them and you can use Google search on how to reset them. Reason is not part of Webroot so I hope you didn’t pay them anything?
