I purchased one Dell laptop from Best Buy, which allows me to use Webroot AV for free for 6 months. Why I have no way to install the software in my laptop permanently? I can only be using the Webroot tool every time when I open the webpage and then it pop-outs. Next time I have to repeat the same procedure when I want it.
Please let me know why and the way to solve this issue.
