Since Webroot is more of an internet defence when a user is offline would it be a good idea to allow it to co-exist with windows defender which if I may ask may be regarded as superior for internal watch? so would this be a good idea to use both?

When Webroot is installed on a system, it essentially takes over as the “primary” antivirus solution on your machine. It has far more features and a more advanced threat detection system than the default Windows Security that comes with Windows 10. Rest assured - You’re much better off using Webroot than relying on the default security!
