Today, we celebrated International Women’s Day at the Broomfield OpenText office with an incredible group of individuals from all parts of the organization. In honor of IWD, we introduced the #EachforEqual campaign and discussed opportunities for championing equality in the workplace. Participants discussed the idea of the ‘broken rung’ concept. This is when women face many hurdles with climbing the lowest stages on the corporate ladder. By having an interactive session with questions and answers, we also challenged and bolstered people’s knowledge around inequality in the workplace. The final challenge for the group was to identify what action they will take this year to help promote each for equal at OpenText.
