How to Prevent Malware Pop Ups and Spam?

Webroot now thinks its ok to SPAM their paying coustomers with inseant AD POPUP in the NOTIFICATION TRAY and also adding ADS to the MAIN Panel. The title above is from the Webroot.

They'll sell the protection to prevent other sources from SPAMMING you with ADS and SPAM with there own and you cant stop it. It POPS up daily, No mater what, you cant stop it or turn it off. How's that for a kick in the pants!

RUNNING A SCAN DOES NOT STOP THE SPAM ADS !!!!!!!!!!!

I have complained and Webroot does nothing and don't care about there customers anymore.
Its time to move to another antivirus that actually cares about its customer base and not pummeling them with unwanted self serving ADS
