My passwords did not move over when I signed into Lastpass, I have tried every thing. I contacted Lastpass and he told me to delete my account and reopen a new one. I did that now my support ticket I cannot access and every thing he told me is gone. Can you please help? I need to get a copy of my passwords and log on information.

When it comes to LastPass, their support will be the best equipped to help. On our end we are fairly limited in what we can do with their password vault and database.
