My webroot has recently been bugging out says I’m not subscribed even though my license is valid through 2022. When I check my account status is says “Waiting for license.” I uninstalled and redownloaded webroot through the management console but upon installation the app just doesn’t work at all. When I open webroot it shows up on the dock bar below but there’s no home screen or anything. What gives?

Are you running Catalina or Big Sur? If so uninstall and install this version and it’s only for Catalina or Big Sur.
