Windows 10 system Yahoo popup

I have this popup coming up on my Windows 10 system (not in a browser) every 3-5 minutes. I can’t find anything that would be doing it. I checked addons and extensions in Firefox. Even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I don’t even have a browser open when this comes up. Can’t find anything in add/remove programs having Yahoo in it. Ran IObit Uninstallerand removed some extensions I wasn’t sure of, and windows apps. When it displays, there’s nothing active in task manager that would produce this.  This thing will not go away.

Anyone seen adware or some other such thing like this? I did a WSA scan and it didn’t come up with anything.  Just curious.

Thanks! Was making it harder than it was. The trouble with being a support person myself, think past the problem. Fixed, thanks to your support!
