Hey there SXR, i believe you need to create a support ticket and please wait for a response! they can solve your problem with this, i have had that problem once in the past and they took care of it for me. Good luck! Be sure and only send one because if you send two the first one will be put at the back of the line. This delays response. Have a good one!
