how do I send an SAT training video to the an IT manager to review before a campaign goes out

Hi @Allan1 thanks for the question. You can easily send a preview of your phishing simulation email. The specifics depend on which console you are using but in both cases, the preview is available as the last step of configuring your phishing simulation.

In the Global Management Console,  provide a recipient in this field of Step 4 of the campaign wizard:

 

Or if you’re using the Security Awareness Training Console, the final step in the campaign wizard will look like this:
