Two Keycodes

When I sign onto my Webroot account on the website I see one keycode and on the Webroot I have on my computer I have a different keycode.  Why is that?

Hello ​@LiamA I would suggest to get in contact with Webroot Support and tell them about the different keycodes. They can look into your Webroot Account and tell you what’s going on with the keycodes.
