Can't get webroot downloaded with the BigSur update

I originally got Webroot through Best Buy and just renewed my subscription.  I got a new key code and it will not download. What do I need to do to get this to work for me? I have been trying for weeks to get the download and it just doesn't work for me at all.

Hello @Smrohrer

Please Submit a Support Ticket and they will be happy to help you.

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue. A reply from Support should take from 24 to 48 hours but could take a little longer because of COVID 19 and the Webroot Employees are busy working from home.

Thanks,

Let us know how it goes!

I have tried this again and nothing I get about a quarter downloaded and it freezes! I’m getting so frustrated when I paid for this and it does not work!
